We will then email you a link to this secure storage location and you will use your password that we issued you with upon signing up for the service. This will ensure that you have immediate access to your documents online and nobody else will have access to your information retrieval page.

Other methods of Document retrieval includes DSS's hardcopy document delivery service, courier, emailing the documents to you, collecting them in person or posting a CD/DVD of your scanned documents to your preferred location.
