More than generating images – saving time
The multi-format scanner/sorters of the H-series can do more: They read,
capture, endorse, code, sort mixed stacks of different document formats
– without pre-sorting.
With these intelligent Kleindienst machines, you considerably increase
the speed of document processing in the initial components: The
scanners/sorters of the H-series generate monochrome, grey and colour
images on both sides of a document in a single process. With speeds of
up to 135 A-6 documents or 75 A-4 documents per minute.
The left-justified stop of the document stack permits mixed processing
of mixed documents of different formats – this is something which only a
small number of scanners can do, and which however is increasingly
required in practical applications. Stoppages no longer occur; the
unique sheet intake and extensive double intake checks minimize paper
jams in advance.
Even after the scanning process has been completed, you gain a lot of
time with th
e
tried-and-tested Kleindienst scanners/sorters; the machines
automatically sort the documents in file compartments. This is made
possible by our control software ProSort.
And if required by your organization, you can also endorse several lines
on the documents, print OCR, MICR as well as barcodes and graphics and
use any types of codes..
