FILEstream Document Management has a comprehensive and easy to use Help function built into the system. This includes a direct link to the relevant Help page from any area of the system.

Operational guidance, and User training can be provided PC-to-PC via the renowned WEBEX® system.

As with all software, occasionally bugs emerge. Patches and upgrades are made available

Prior to installation of your FILEstream Document Management system, valuable consultancy is available from our staff with many years of experience in document handling & electronic filing. During this phase, the needs of your business will be analysed, and recommendations formulated for customisation of your key cabinets (folders).

WEBEX®: Key users can be connected PC-to-PC to our support staff who can demonstrate key functions and actions on screen with telephoned commentary, explanation, and question-and-answer sessions.

Our Installation service includes hands-on training for key users and the System Administrator. Pre-installation Forms and Initial Setup Guides will be sent to customers in preparation for the installation day. This helps to keep available as much time as possible on the day for User Training.
