Document Storage Solutions will collect and box all of your documents, audit all the files in the box by the same method as what is used to find them in your own archive. once all the auditing is complete all the information will be uploaded into a secure online data base where users can securely log in and search for a file, click on a link to request the file and securely view the file via EDR (electronic data retrieval).

All of our online document management systems are tailored to suite our customers needs, with reports to see who has accessed the system what they have requested and why, all the reports are system generated

Any type of documentation can be scanned from small documents and receipts, to large scale engineering drawings and plans. Document Storage Solutions Limited is expanding.
We have recently renovated an adjacent warehouse to provide extra storage space for our archive boxes as we are growing steadily. This is our latest renovation transforming an old warehouse into a high-tech secure storage facility specially designed for archive boxes. The temperature and humidity will be controlled as it is in our current secure store rooms .Our latest warehouse will provide an additional 5,000 archive box storage space and due to open soon.
